What's on the test list? HIV, obviously, but what else?

Are there still clinics where you can go in and get tested confidentiality? One way to manage that is to simply give them a fair name, which converts confidential to anonymous.

I use stdcheck.com to order the tests. They send the order to my local LabCorp,. I am in and out in ten minutes.

The ten-panel test includes.

HIVType1, HIVType2, Herpes1, Herpes2, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis.

I add Trichomoniasis (Trich) once a year.

I skip the other optional tests as I have no symptoms and always wear a condom.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone gotten a std from protected sex with a provider?

And I've never used protection with one or two exceptions when the provider wouldn't do anal without a condom, and I've never caught an STD (from a provider).

So lets be honest here, at some point some of us were young, dumb, full of cum and would fuck any girl that looked halfway decent. Now no working girl who does this to survive at any point would willingly admit to having STDs or STIs, they just won't do it, most of them don't even get tested regularly. I've asked for results and some have willingly provided thankfully but other than that no. I have asked the Russian girl recently and she became extremely nervous and concerned, I think this tells us all we need to know. I've been hobbying for about the past 6 years and have done BBFS with some of these women.

Oral transmission of STDs is very common, and even moreso for this kind of hobby. You can catch chlamydia, mycoplasma, & gonorrhea orally. Herpes as well. Likewise, for those who DATY.

Something I learned, firsthand, is that kissing with someone infected with oral chlamydia / gonorrhea can result in catching these ailments. And when you catch them orally, they tend to be asymptomatic compared to when its caught in the genitals. Keep in mind folks, with the amount of complete ignorance amongst providers and mongers, you can imagine that catching an STD is far easier in the hobby than anywhere else.

I'm not here to judge anyone at the end of the day. But for those who do care about your sex health -- get tested, frequently! My docs / urgent care know me very well, I take frequent visits. Mind you, I don't do bare anymore. When I did, I took PREP, which is literally a lifesaver. People, whether you have health insurance or not, TAKE PREP. It literally makes you incapable of catching HIV!

Yeah you definitely are correct and make a whole lot of sense. It's more of the addiction to getting a bbj that blocks out these thoughts. The risk are very high for catching everything you said but the willingness and the nastiness over powers the mind in monger situations. The bbj gets you rock hard before the sex.

BBBJs still presents risk. I caught gonorrhea twice from BBBJs. However, the unfortunate part about CBJs is that some providers hate the taste of condoms. That portion of the service may end a lot quicker than you'd want.

If you live near the Philly area, Condom Kingdom on South Street have condoms that are better than what you'll find at Walmart / Target / etc.

To each their own. Personally I don't do it often, but when I do it I do it at a place that I trust with a girl that I trust. I realize that sounds vague, but seriously, you can tell a lot by how a girl conducts herself, and you can tell a lot from how a place operates. With certain girls in certain venues, I partake. I agree with how the girl conducts herself. Most of the time if she says to me; are you clean means likely she is watching out for health as well. Also you gain some rapport with a girls and trust. About the venue, they don't want anything bad news spreading and that means they be losing a lot of bens.
