Idk if I would go so far as to say it is sketchy. It is not ideal though. She is in a detached suite / building in the backyard, so you have to park in a driveway and then walk back. There were like 3 other vehicles at the front house when I went, one of which I had to park behind. Location was not very clean either, but at that price point you aren't getting perfection imo.

I've only visited her once and it was some time back, but, as I recall it, she said her family lived in the main house. I'm figuring her family must know what's going on, so it had me feeling a bit odd walking past their home to take their daughter, sister, whatever to the building above the garage for a good pipe cleaning! Like BWM, I went thru with it, just a bit funky walking past the family before and after! Plus, at least for me, it was a bit hard to find the place initially, something about the numbers being a bit off, definitely would have been more difficult in the dark.
