A lot of cities are applying these charges when they arrest people and build their cases. What I find interesting is that it seems to be a monthly thing now. Looking at the CPD site, since last September there is one a month with the exception of November where there is 2. Before September there is nothing for an AMP for years. Obviously RL was hit as well last year but that was by County. So is this a new CPD trend?

Schaumburg has been very disappointing for a while now, Kandie Sweetbits doesn't host there anymore.
