Why do you recommend seeing her during the day the first time? Is her location sketchy or something?

Idk if I would go so far as to say it is sketchy. It is not ideal though. She is in a detached suite / building in the backyard, so you have to park in a driveway and then walk back. There were like 3 other vehicles at the front house when I went, one of which I had to park behind. Location was not very clean either, but at that price point you aren't getting perfection imo.

I've only visited her once and it was some time back, but, as I recall it, she said her family lived in the main house.
