Theyve never offered me a second shot price (I don't recall any reports either, you'd probably need to ask in person) or 1. 0 for 4 hands, 4 hands is usually double what 2 hands costs (They usually don't push 4 hands, its me that asks for it, so that may be why its double). At Good, it might be cheaper than double and at Tokyo, it sounds like its cheaper, but they actually push for it.

As for the police presence, there have been a few reports of a cruiser or two in the parking lot in the past. There are some homeless in the area that hang out on that end of the parking lot. There are a few resteraunts nearby where someone can grab a bite to eat, park and eat said food.
