This may sound untrue but, these days police are very regulated. A lot of times, it's not a Police officer. Just a guy who has connctions or knows how to use the police to persecute people. Finally made the trek to North OC to see the famous Lucy. 4 seasons isn't to hard to find parking in the rear plenty of parking at 1:30 today.

I never seen Lucy before but I went in with confidence and asked for her no appointment.

It's crazy that we have to worry about this stuff on top of the other things we already have on our plates when mongering. I checked Rubmaps, and the locations are indeed all closed now. Probably permanently because no spa is going to replace a location that got raided. Unless they plan on staying legit.
