Are like gas stations. When you get service sometimes you get full service ice, sometimes you get partial and other times it's self service.

Been there myself a few times the last couple of month. Same experience both times. Good massage with encouraged DIY. Hopefully they improve. Sometimes it takes at least a year for a place to loosen up.
