In your report make sure you say they're advertising online only right on their profile and tell them it's a violation of their terms of service. Everyone should do this. If they get enough kickback from paying members maybe it'll force their hand. Just my two cents.

I did report a scammer 1 x and guess what? Seeking went through my chats and flagged certain conversations and words and sent me to a virtual re-education camp. So a monger chatting with SBs and looking to score is going to bring attention to themselves by reporting a person offering "online only" when you could ignore it and mind your own business? To each his own.

I could go into the whole long story here, but I basically I was supposed to meet her at a local park for a quick date. But instead she takes a pic of my license plate and the threatens to go to the police if I don't send her $100 (which I did not do).

And you can see how bizarre those pics are, on her profile. I don't know why I even agreed to meet her. Just was being lazy and reckless, I suppose. She hit me up when I first got back signed up on the site and I saw lots of red flags, but still thought like some fun a the park could be worth it.

She didn't even come up to my vehicle, so had no interest in doing anything. But she did message me (on Signal) the pic of my plate, so she does have it. It's a rental car though, so even less of a concern. Then she keeps messaging me that she's at the police station, about to file the report.

I suggest blocking, but up to you.

Ok I already took some heat from Carmel , from posting my bad experience on the board, to help you guys. Someone here told her about what I wrote and then more threats, but I think she finally calmed down. No good deed goes unpunished.

The latest is that I got this message on Signal from some girl that I must have talked to, probably in Asheville. I can't figure out her Seeking profile, so maybe I already blocked and deleted her? And I can't even find the rest of her Signal messages so I probably deleted those too, a few days ago

But my point is that I don't even remember who she is and I've just been back on Seeking for two weeks, so it must have been recent, and we must have barely talked or I would remember.

But this is what she wrote:

I had one who I had texted with off the site. Things dropped off a bit, and I tried to revive the conversation. Anyway, some people literally cannot be reasoned with. The current political situation in the US is evidence of that. In this case, I just took the attitude that there are lots of women on seeking and related dating sites, I never have to have any particular one, and in fact this person did me a favor by revealing (early in our interactions) just how nutty and unreliable she would be as a SB. So, that block button really comes in handy.
