Posts: 208I'm not sure that would work. Teaching Chinese to someone laying on a table partially or without clothes would not be standard or customary to that act and thus considered massage.

Are you still under the impression you need to provide an ID to get a massage? That is not anywhere in the law. The law says exactly:
"A massage establishment must maintain a complete set of legible records in English or Spanish, which must include the date, time, and type of service or treatment provided; the full legal name of the employee who provided the service or treatment; and the full legal name, home address, and telephone number of the client or patient."
It then says: "A copy of the client's or patient's photo identification may be used to provide the full legal name and home address of the client or patient. " What this means is that they MAY use a copy of an ID to satisfy the requirement for information not that an ID is required.
It goes on: "Records required under this paragraph must be maintained for at least 1 year after a service or treatment is provided. All information required under this paragraph must be collected and recorded before any service or treatment is provided to a client or patient. The establishment must confirm the identification of the client or patient before any service or treatment is provided to the client or patient. " Nothing here says they must see or have an IF.
I go to legit massage places all the time, they don't require an I'd and some now want my name, address, phone they either put on an intake form or in a computer. If they want to see an ID or copy it, I would refuse the service. They have no right to see an I'd and I'm not letting anyone copy it or store it. Hotels sometimes want to see an I'd but if they try to scan or copy, I refuse and go elsewhere.
The only ID requirement in this law is that those providing the service must have a valid government ID while working in the establishment.
This site auto corrects capital (ID) to I'd. No way to avoid it.

Wow, Jpop, busy man I see. I thought this spot was very new (less than a month right?) and you've got us info on a few providers. I have not had the chance to see what Crystal looks like in person, the picture online has promise on its own but unfortunately not all of the pics are real or even close. When I saw Sabrina pics on the site, the face was blurred but looked sexy. I called that morning and was told I could walk in w / o appt and Sabrina was going to be in that afternoon. The pictures do not look close to her, she had a baggy fitting dress on and was a larger woman very bottom heavy it was strange looking, bad face surgeries are also present. I didn't know what to say so I asked prices and info to come back.

Massage Parlor Reform.
Got a solution for the new law on IDs. The Ids are required by FL law because of the service provided being massage therapy. All Massage Parlors have to do is offer two scopes of work.
1. Massage Therapy. This is service that requires an I'd and they need to comply with law.
2. Second Type Service. Teach Chinese Language. This scope of work does not require an I'd. This would also be "code" for looking for something sexual.
If we could show this buisness model to all the Parlors the law in essence would be negated and it would be buisness as usual.
Please tell Massage Parlors this. I'm not a fan of fake IDs as the law could prosecute for this even if its a fake buisness I'd.

Great post TD. He's spot on. The days of 80 have passed. I don't want the process of paying 4 different times. Charlie's I had no issue like that I donated the hour rate and tell her keep the change. Simple. The actual time was as good as it can for a parlor type date. I'll go again.

Yes, she's back and same as before. I think she is my go to favorite of all massage places around here.
I hope she'll stay for a long time. Great service! Pretty decent massage, great tease and then a lot of yummie stuff that made me very happy.
PM.

It's been reported that the advertised pricing is only for HJ ending. Doesn't include anything more.

Crystal. Greeted with a a gorgeous smile and big hug in a nice skin tight dress and smoke show of Latina body. She started with a light body rub and within a few minutes right into BBBJ that turned into CFS and finished with the raincoat be ripped off for some CIM. Whole experience was 10/10 well worth the damage of $$ 70 for the HH. Very bubbly personality after getting to chat with her a bit and really GFE throughout everything highly recommend her, definitely to visiting her again when she's around.
Sabrina. Similar to the pictures if they were from a while back, was still game though since she just the right curvature with amazing assets. Same deal short light body rub then the flip into BBBJ that had would have you begging for more, a good amount of roaming and her drooling and technique were just too hot, topping it off with CIM. 7/10 experience since it wasn't the same figure as thought and not GFE friendly but wouldn't say it was mechanical though since it was so enjoyable due to the great form for the $$. 70 damage. Would definitely recommend a visit with her.
Overall great visits hoping to get a chance with Kelly or Amanda soon after hearing such positive things about them. Hope others get to experience the same and not go through with what some have.

This happened in a different city in Florida, but I'm sharing this on multiple forums in case it is of interest or assistance.
I went to one of my favorite parlors, and for the first time I was given the sign in sheet where I had to provide name, address, etc etc etc. The mamasan said that she thought they were ALSO going to need to be checking IDs soon (I'm guessing especially as the elections come near, and probably in the months after, at least). She said they may even need to make a copy of it, to prove they checked and that the info they recorded matches the I'd.
This got me thinking, so I reached out to a buddy of mine up in New England. He has a business that prints I'd cards for businesses. I asked him if he ever does fake IDs. Now, I'm clearly no where near the drinking age, so he asked me why the hell I'd want a fake I'd? I told him that they had just put this stupid law in place down here that if you go to get a massage, they're supposed to get a copy of your I'd. With all the identity theft going on, I don't like the idea of giving any random people a copy of my info. I also said it sounds like they're going to be copying it soon, and that just makes me nervous to have a copy of my actual I'd being kept at one of these places.
He said he doesn't ever make fake licenses, as it would be illegal and would jeopardize his business. He also said that you don't really want a fake licenses, anyway because almost every state has a law against possessing a falsified government I'd, and it could actually result in jail time. But, he asked if the law said that they had to use a government issued identification for verification? If not, would a company badge work.
I told him I didn't think a company badge would work as I think they're supposed to verify address. But, I also didn't think there was any requirement that it be a government issues I'd. (When all this hit, I had read the posts here and the law itself, and I remembered that it just said that the parlors were supposed to check an I'd, not stipulation that it be government issued).
He had a suggestion: a few years ago, they had a neighborhood halloween party. He and his wife went as Jerry & Elaine from Seinfeld. For the party, he printed up two Del Boca Vista "Guest" badges for them to wear with their costumes. Basically it was like a cross between a drivers licenses and a company badge. It has their picture, some resident / address in Del Boca Vista, with VISITOR written across it. He said he could do something like that pretty easy, with a fake name, fake address, and all that. And since it was not a falsified government I'd, it wouldn't be illegal. And if the law didn't stipulate a government I'd, it should be acceptable.
I told him that would be perfect, and he said he'd make me one. But, I also mentioned that given how unpopular this law was, I bet he could probably sell a a couple hundred of these in Florida, and asked if he'd be interested.
He said that's not really his business, he really just works with businesses. But, he said if I thought there was a market for it, I should set up an Etsy shop. He said the card printers typically cost several thousand dollars, so it doesn't really make sense to buy one for a couple hundred cards. But, he said if I wanted to handle the front end through an Etsy or Shopify, he could handle the back end printing he did say they would probably end up being done in weekly batches.
I'm not totally sure of the production cost on these. Based on the conversation, I'm guessing it would probably be about $30, plus shipping for one of these. But, with that as a baseline, I was wondering if any of you would be interested in something like these? I know I'm not going to get rich on this, and that's not even the point. I'm just thinking if I can help the community out, and maybe subsidize a a couple visits for myself, it would be worth it.
If any of you are interested, DM me. If there's enough interest, I'll share a copy of the one that he produces for me and I'll look at setting up something on Etsy.
Be safe everyone!
