If they really cared about women they would spend money to get all the rape kits DNA tested. Most places have a backlog of several years on DNA testing of rape kits.

Yesterday, Cobb County Police visited, checked Licenses-Documents and shutdown "Above the Shoulders Below the Knees Spa", (former Li Massage) at 23 XX Windy Hill Rd SE # 22 X, Marietta, GA 30067. Does anybody know what happened?

As expected, Cobb County authorities are going for all the gusto and seeking as much glory and PR as possible thru press releases to multiple publications; this one featuring Asian Wellness, Canton Hwy in Marietta.

Or they want to SOUND like nice people in an election year.

They can bring charges and make arrests down the road, subject to any statute of limitations. If you confess to a crime at the scene or they have evidence that you committed a crime, they don't have to charge you immediately.

This is often an investigative strategy by LE or the DA.

Not a single female was charged with prostitution, they were all given access to services. No one was charged with kidnapping or holding someone against their will or forced prostitution. So the prostitutes are not guilty of a crime but everyone else is?
