Had a chance to do a bit of roaming this weekend. I found a new place on Larpenteur that is located in a newly renovated strip mall. Oriental kungfu massage. Their google listing is brand new and active, so I went to take a look. They seem to not be open yet, as there was no sign and their spot in the strip mall looked vacant. There was a paper sign, but I didn't read it since I was just driving by in the lot.

I wanted to do some adventuring tho, so I hopped over to Columbia Heights to check out the change in management for what used to be Miss Li. New name is Elm massage, and I got an hr there. Surprisingly, their hr rate is only 70. That's kinda cheap nowadays. Mist places have bumped to 80 for an hr.

I can't remember if I posted a review of Miss Li here or not already. I also don't feel like retreading water, so I'll keep it short. Nothing has really changed about this place. I'm fairly certain there is a new lady, looks like late 30's. She was at the front desk, but I didn't get her. I was a bit sad. Instead, I got what was a 40's okay lookin Chinese lady. Nothing to write home about.

Leaving the details of the joint itself as IYKYK, but all in all I tipped 50 and it was actually pretty dang good ending. Good to know that the change is just in name.

I have been there a couple times since the change, same old same old but a darn good ending is above grade so maybe another visit. I head on down a bit further on the street and hit up Foot and Back, the taller one enjoys me and gets excited when I walk in. Only if I could get more out of it!

Big Lake Massage: Did a drive by as in area, and it was closed. OH well, not a great place but it was good in a pinch.

Ventured over to Lily's in Monticello. Knew there wasn't going to be anything other than a massage. Received a better than expected massage. Lady was a little butch, thicker short black hair, with the power of Mike Ditka on the massage. Personally I need hard deep tissue, I mean hard as they can do is great but not from these places typically. Walked out of there feeling good physically. SO if you want a linebacker giving you a great massage, there you go!

I did also make a venture over to Maple, Joanna only been there a couple weeks, and got one of the best / most sensual massages I have received. Strokes were long and flowing, never felt like a hand left the body. I love when they come up the leg, in between the cheeks and rub a little sack before gliding away, and that was in copious amounts. (The ones that stop short, well lets just say that stays on my mind with gentle mind thoughts of get there! The turn was as expected, the very nice headlights shown nicely, the carpet was a light shag, the backside was smooth and taught. Wanted c-note of that and I looked at her like she was crazy. Gave a little less, ask if boom boom, and the L2 was available. She said no to quickly, so me thinks something may be there after a couple visits. The pricing for here needs to come down.

I went to Sun valley in Lakeville the other day, did not leave happy. She was very nice and gave a good massage. She kept me covered the whole time and didn't seem like it was a possibility at all.

I usually go at least twice and make sure to call for appointment because most will have your number as a safe one. On second visit I was givin the futon option, pay with cash so she can see I have extra and I left happier than when I started. Nothing special about it, but I've been a few times now with consistent results.

The reason nobody posts is because there are a few senior members that have people convinced that posting in this forum will get whatever place you post about busted.

I find the entire concept of DIY in this context bizarre. I have gotten plenty of massages at Massage Envy or other strictly legit places where I got a professional massage and nothing else and I paid and tipped accordingly. If I want a good message where that is all I get, then that is fine, I don't need to also pull my horn at the end, especially if the lady thinks I am going to tip more after. What is that? I can pull my horn at home for free.

I agree. I've traveled and visited AMP in about 10 different states and I can't remember getting DIY anywhere else besides MN. In other places, it's either L1 or above or nothing at all. And a lot of places here that offer DIY expect you to tip as if they provided L1 and get mad if you don't tip that much.

Stopped in at Massage Eden in WBL a while back. I think I was the only one there at that time a day. The rooms have curtains instead of doors and they don't go all the way to the floor. The girl didn't say anything that I had laid down undraped and carried on as normal, but on the flip she put a towel over my front. I thought she was getting pretty friendly with the covered areas pulled the towel off. She told me to DIY, though she did rub around the area. The weirded part was how confused she was when I tried to tip her.

As a legit massage, I was pretty impressed. I'm not sure if repeat customers might get more liberties, it was my first time in.

I did leave a place happy in Moorhead a few years back. Just tried to figure out if it's still around and I believe it is now chemical dependency clinic. You are right about traveling, it's amazing how smaller cities can have so much more going on than we have here. Hell, even the quad cities have better options.

Quad cities it has been awhile, but Iowa had some tremendous options all over!
