I know some of the more senior brethren here say peak Seeking has been over for years. What do y'all who experienced Seeking at its peak day make of this announcement? The beginning of the end?

It used to be UTR's, BP girls, sexually curious legit HS grads working shite jobs, and college coeds who needed male attention / validation that included a nice cash bonus. Now its pic / vid marketing insta-thots, data-gathering bots, girls that continue to make terrible life choices after having their first kid, and the newly-liberated sex-worker category whom are girls you happen to see advertising on Tryst or Slixa.

Sugaring was never as taboo as other sex work because most other sex work has almost always involved some dude in the background and not much degree of agency for the woman. That brings about imagery of streetwalkers, needles, graffiti, and yellow tape. Then came along Ana Nicole Smith. We know that there are many girls out there that believe and live their sugaring career in never having sex. They think sugaring really means 27 yr old plastic doll and 87 year old billionaire widower. Because the concept was always a tongue-in-cheek jab at what we would later start calling "gold-diggers" in popular parlance, Anna Nicole Smith was the original brunt of that joke. This made it appealing to the brave girls (who are probably the type of girls that figured out early on that they like anal sex) and made it mysterious to the remainder of our puritanized lives.

Then the internet becomes the thing and the pool of sex-seekers grew by a bazillion fold and the Brandon Wade guy, who looks like every other monger I've ever encountered, has this bright idea for seekingarrangement dot com. Over time word gets out that it is really just an exchange of sexual intimacy for money (prostitution) with another name and arguably better outcomes for everyone compared to what is being offered on backpage or listcrawler. This brought in sexually curious legit HS grads working shite jobs, and college coeds who needed male attention / validation that included a nice cash bonus. The ones that were hot, a little less risk averse, and assertive enough to take advantage of her smarts and youth. They were 20-24 years old. College or near graduation. Smart and well spoken, played high school sports, had a body count under 7 with that one long-term boyfriend that she did everything with. These girls knew how to keep a secret, knew what good sex could be, and the self control to keep her black book small, manageable, consistent, and enjoyable. And they read about seekingarrangement on reddit or some other pop-culture site that ran the story as "ooh, the hidden life of a sugar baby" and ended up steering a ton of girls to the site. This was the golden times for her and for us.

After the pandemic the next batch of 18-32 year olds are going to be very different. More entitled, and more confident in their youthful ideologies and grossly less educated than ever before. They will always be asking for more money, they will always be highly risk averse, they will all be taking some psychiatric prescription cocktail. You will not want to get to know them outside of just sex, and because their politics are driven by algorithm you would be right not to trust them at all. They are more likely to be heavier in the wrong way, not as attractive, not as interesting, and not worth your time and money. I do wonder how much of this is to blame seeking dot com for ruining sugaring vs much how this new generation has been responding to the latest version of youth indoctrination and thought-programming.

25 in two months is a lot of work. I might catch some flack for this but I look at the bowl as casual NSA dating. I am not super keen on just doing a hit and run as it is far less effort and cheaper to go to an AMP or get an escort. I am a married SD with a wife that does not give a shit what I do and has made it clear that I am just a paycheck. Well, I endorse the idea of having measures to get rid of scammers. They are big time-sinks, and it can be hard even for experienced guys to tell right away. However, if they do things that compromise the OPSec of married guys, they are killing the goose that laid the golden egg. Surely they know this. However, I think / expect that there will be a difference between new profiles and pre-existing ones. That is, I am asked to provide more photos for my two current profiles. I am not "required" as that post said.

These are reasons to be supremely careful the type of messaging you do on the site, and how you treat girls off the site. "Mature" profiles that are somewhat grandfathered in to the old set of rules will be golden. You really don't want to get one of those banned or suspended (girls can 'report' your profile for the most trivial offense) pending the production of IRL actual identify information for yourself. Those profiles are essentially dead, I have one or two of them around. The emails I used for the logins are dead for use on SA as well.

It likely could get better but less active, if the activity of bare-faced escorts and their customers were subtracted.
