Met Vivi couple of days back and wow what an experience. Had a great time, she's pretty with a great personality and gives a solid massage. My preference going forward Vivi - Angela - Coco (don't get me wrong all 3 are fabulous and will make sure you have a phenomenal time) Good is great.

Some great and helpful comments to my previous post have been illuminating. Again, a noob here, so any thoughts by wiser and more experienced members are welcome.

It seems like my main takeaway is the veracity of my first suggestion. Namely, that if reservations / bookings have zero effect on seeing the person you are booking, simply say that the establishment does not take reservations, it is on a first come first served, but that all the women are laser-focused on providing a great experience and that you encourage them to come in a see for themselves. Now I happen to think a second alternative, accepting reservations to repeat customers who have shown up in the past, is the best business practice. It helps with planning for the girls, managing flow better, and if obviously more convenient to repeat and reliable customers.

It seems obvious (at least to me) that accepting bookings and confirming with language such as you "have a date" has almost zero upside and potentially big downside, and is the worst alternative of three business practices (keep bookings for repeat clients; do not take bookings; or take bookings from repeat clients, but do not honor them). Many of us drive fairly long distances (fighting perpetually awful traffic on 405) to get to popular locations, with time pressures and tight schedules. Hence, having to awkwardly sit 20 or even 50 minutes in the timeout corner to wait for your girl in the event a walk-in snagged her, or try someone else randomly (which based on my first experience ended 25 minutes early at the behest of the provider CAN go wrong) is an unwelcome development. It seems like the first rule of business should be to underpromise and overdeliver. Few things are worse in a customer-service endeavor worse than setting up an expectation for client that is then unfulfilled.

It seems like another solid suggestion is to make sure personnel are honest with their clientele. So if someone is coming in with a booking to see someone specific, yet that person has taken a walk-in, to be upfront and let the client know that is the case. Having someone represent themselves to be the person booked when that is not the case just creates unnecessary deceit and (yet again) the potential for client expectations being left unfulfilled (not to mention needlessly creating distrust with one's client base). While I had the bracing, yet truthful, acknowledgement that my booked girl was with a walk-in in one instance while frequenting a popular location, on two other occasions I had girls tell me they were somebody they were not.

Again, these are suggestions coming from a fan of at least one popular location, hoping they become the kind of establishment that does not induce false hopes or expectations for their clientele (especially for those who are relatively new, but want to be regular patrons). Be kind and safe out there gents!

I know of only one location where we're asked to "please give them good review" and as I confirmed yesterday, they don't even know where these reviews are, let alone read them. I was at the dental building from 6:00 until after 7:00 pm, prime time on a Friday night and the bell rang once. When was leaving, all three girls were cooling their heels in the break room. We talked about (through translator app, obvs) how the current zeitgeist was that they were so busy that service was suffering-the obvious irony being that this has resulted in a large drop in traffic lately. Negative reviews of any kind are bad for business.

Some things they'd like you to be aware of:

-The main number is off site. Appointments made through it may or may not get fully communicated to the on-site staff. Particularly specific provider requests.

-A walk-in is a bird in the hand. Appointments, especially for new clients, are 2 flakey birds in the Bush that fly away more often than not.

-No walk-in will be turned away unless there's already someone waiting in the time out corner-in which case they'll ask you to come back in X minutes.

-Once they know you, you'll likely be given a more direct point of contact and appointments will be taken more seriously.

-They have more than enough capacity. They have a breakfast, lunch and dinner rush. They're pretty bored the rest of the time and would rather be spending that time with their clients.

I'll add some recommendations:

-If you don't know the girls by name when you see them, don't expect them to know you, appointment or not.

-Make an attempt to connect; don't say "are you x?" Ask their name and give them 'a name' to call you. Ask them if they remember it as you leave. Be memorable.

-Don't bother making appointments further out than the next morning. If you make a date through the main number and the reply is only "ok", you're a walk-in.

-Go with the available provider. You can't go wrong. The others will come in and "introduce themselves" while you're there-they're very good like that.

I am not saying a rando caller who management has no connection to and who could flake should lead to someone being turned away at the door with cash in hand. But at least in my case, I tried to book my fourth visit in three weeks, having shown up on time in each instance (and tipping beyond the norm, even the two times when the service was disappointing). Nevertheless that was apparently insufficient to be given a booking that had any actual substance. I even politely reminded them that in each of my three previous visits, I had not successfully seen my girl at the time I had booked. I guess I am surprised they would not want to make an accommodation for a repeat client who had experienced previous mishaps not of his own doing. But what do I know? I am mostly just trying to offer potential solutions so they have the best possible chance to survive and thrive, since there is no doubt they have the best talent South of Everett, and perhaps even including Everett (although I understand the new lineup at Shanghai is pretty awesome as well).

Too many reports about this place but I can't help it. Had a disappointing experience for the first time with AP earlier in the week. So I went to the tried and true spot. Drew ViVi and oh my god reports are spot on. I lasted a lot longer than normal since I'm old and takes me more than a couple of days to recover but she took it like a champ.
