Same here on Sunrise but this was a year ago I believe. Well similar experience. Whoever opened the door told me they are appointment only. I had an appointment, showed her the call, and was right on time but she asked me who I talked to (didn't get a name) and to be honest the voice on the phone sounded like hers.
