I have paid before and I have paid after. If the lady requires that I pay first I will do it if I want to continue. If not I will give her a kiss and s hug and 40 to cover the cost of her time.

This is hard for us to say. I say ask her if she is ok with it. You pay her for her time. She sees other mongers. If she is ok with it you win because you get more ladies. There is no commitment in this game. If she is not ok with it you might want to look for someone else.
