Been running the streets of the northside (hudson / weber) for the past 3-4 years now. Is that average, or did I overpay / underpay? Don't they usually demand tip before starting he? I figured she would but she went straight for it.

It is because the City of Columbus requires licensing for both the business and the masseuses. It is much easier to open in these other locations, a lot less red tape and no background checks.
