That's not an overpay, 40 is the standard tip. But many places will do more teasing before the flip, I wouldn't like if they just went straight to the flip without any teasing. The teasing is the best part in my opinion. Between that and the lady being older and heavier, I'll probably pass on this place. Also if I paid for an hour I would at least want an actual massage not a foot rub LOL.

That's about average for me. I rarely give more unless it was really good / feeling generous. But honestly, I'd head north to NS, or nw to RL, you'd pay the same, but better MTs there. In my experience at various locations, OTF the amount is agreed upon, but not received until the massage is done. I kinda always want the foot rub afterwards, but I never get it, just get the head massage. I guess I should probably ask for the foot rub instead.
