I had some plans that fell through last Friday so in an impulsive moment, decided to go see Ellie from Lollygirls. Was looking for some cheap BB action so I texted the Lollygirls booker and, as expected, both the girls had free BB offering. It is 100% a non-issue. They clearly tell you to get there 10 minutes early and if you do get there 10 minutes early then you're just going to be 5 minutes early to the apartment because the most you're ever going to wait is 5 minutes. I'm not the booker or owner, just a monger that has read up on what happened in Boston and getting a good look behind the curtain on operations. In Boston there was an individual that would sign the lease having met the requirements for credit score, employment, background check, down payments, etc. Same process for rentals in San Diego and with that location being in La Jolla, I'd suspect it's a bit tougher. The location and floor plan work very well and the gate issue is not that big a nuisance. Truly, this gate issue has existed for several years and the mongers bring up this nuisance on a regular basis. This is only a nuisance and does not impair, slow down, or impede business. No need to relocate.
