So many times that Tineye gave me ZERO results, Google found a bunch of matches.

This girl reached out to me, NewBaddie is her handle there. I entertained her initial contact and we exchanged a few pleasantries before she got right on down to business.

She demands 10 k a month LOL. I asked her WTF she was on thinking she could get that kind of money. She claims she already had a guy offer her that before and she also requires a signed NDA.

Anyways, I obviously turned her down but her laughable demands made me want to seriously figure out who the hell is giving these girls this kind of money? Jesus guys stop doing that you're inflatting their egos. I doubt it's anyone here but still.

There is a dude here in the rdu area that is basically scamming girls with this kind of offer. He offers them a five figure monthly allowance, and that lures them in for a first meet. He fucks them and then says eh he isn't feeling it, or the lifestyle isn't for me, and then throws them maybe a couple of benjamins. Guy is a complete asshole. Anyway most of these chicks are not the brightest lights and some have fallen for it (including a couple I know, hence me knowing about it).

So how did they swap in a prerecorded video for a WhatsApp video call? I have never heard of or read a review about that being done before. Wether she was a real person or a scammer I bail with a deposit request. I'm sharing the info to give you guys a heads up of something I haven't seen before or even thought possible on WhatsApp. It's easy to judge in hindsight, but as events unfold in real time this was not obviously a scam until they got to the point of a deposit. I see someone found the video and shared a link, I appreciate that.

Probably webcam spoofing. A friend of mine fooled me once in MSN Messenger using a spoofing software. It basically creates a virtual webcam and connects a video file as a video stream to virtual camera, Whatsapp would still detect it as a hardware webcam. This has been a thing on PCs for a while now. Not sure if it's doable on mobile devices as well these days. (Most likely on Android devices.).

I just searched webcam spoofing and found altercam. Easy stuff.

Still not 100% sure on this one, will do my best to explain the interaction.

Profile said she was from Paris here in the states on business. A little more detail in the profile than typical scams and some grammatical errors, but not a native speaker so I let it slide. I decide to hit her up in French. She gets back right away typing faster French than I can read, so was legit on the French connection. Says that she is a SugarBaby for a discreet agency and doing this to help her family back home. I tell her no thanks as I don't deal with agencies. She replies that I only deal with her directly, in person, and she will do video verification on WhatsApp. I get the digits thinking she is an escort with an agency, then things head weird.

First WhatsApp message says she just got in an Uber and we can video call but must be discreet. Immediately after the message I get the call and say hello. She immediately puts her fingers to her lips to shush me. Then pans to the driver and out the window to show her in a moving car. Without speaking she lifts her skirt and videos her pussy. She then begins rubbing herself, then proceeds to fingerbang herself. All this with no voice on her end.

The call ends and then I get the request for 100 to confirm appointment and 400 upon arrival. I bail at the request to send 100, but could see where many would not, given how real it seemed. What is weird is I don't recall any sound in the video call. Is it possible to play a pre recorded clip on a WhatsApp video call? I'm calling it a scam but not with certainty.

You should definitely brush up on your red flag detectors. Foreign girls are 99.9% of the time scammers on that site. Asking for gift cards, again huge red flag. And finally, WhatsApp is generally another scammer red flag. I've yet to meet a single real person on that site who actually used or requested WhatsApp contact. Most send me their real number to text / call and a Snapchat account for pics occasionally. But, glad you didn't fall for the deposit and send anything. Like you said, I'm sure a lot of guys would have or already have. Those scams obviously work since it's just a numbers game. She sends that to 10 guys I'm sure one or two will pay her.

There is somebody real on the other end if you are able to get them to do a video call. They just showed you a video in front of the camera they were using to talk to you. Very easy to do.
