Tokyo is in a safe enough area. As a matter of fact it's 2-3 blocks down from a police station. It's on a main street, the area is not at all a tourist-why and sits on the edge of Chinatown. As a visitor, I wouldn't go much further from downtown.

I thought Akuma said he was from out of town, so his rec's may apply from an out-of-towner perspective, if you were driving your own car. Otherwise, from a local, Orange is further away from where you are staying and I would probably avoid, considering you're Ubering. It's a more barren stretch of Archer Ave, with shit-else around there. PD is an apartment, not my thing, can't recommend.

You also have a stretch of MPs on Grand Ave, which are decent, in a bit nicer part of town and minutes from where you're staying. Depends what you're looking for though. Let's Spa, 600 W Grand, haven't been in a while but got a CBJ from a early 30's cutie last time I was there (don't remember her name and I think I tipped a benjy) and you can get solid Italian at La Scarola right there, haha.

So I had asked before about Nikki and peeps had said the pics MIGHT be her. Not a chance. Literally when a cta employee called in the smell of pot at the blue line el stop, the local fuzz pulled in with at least 4 suvs with one guy that had his baseball cap turned around, with his vest and an assault rifle over his back! You all know where I am talking about. My state rep cousin up the street from me here at the southeast corner of the airport. It's I think with all of the action and shootings around the country these young coppers have gotten over the top up tight. This is what I have observed over here even for little traffic stops.
