Since a few people have responded, and others are probably curious, I want to know EXACTLY what legal violation Alex1578 could have committed where a cop would.

Pull you over.

NOT give you a citation right on the spot.

Not tell you the crime you committed.

Let you go.

And send a mystery citation in the mail instead.

Bottom line is that the cop was bluffing, Alex1578 has nothing to worry about, and you should NEVER be honest with the cops. Regardless of what you did, right up to getting caught in the act, tell them that your lawyer said never to talk, and see if the cop tries to waste time on the whole process. In the worst case, a decent lawyer can say you were hooking up with your girlfriend, and it's almost impossible to prove otherwise.

Also, never be too explicit with a new girl, because she may be an undercover cop. Ask if she needs a ride, then discuss details in the car. Undercover cops will never get in a car as I understand it. Somebody correct me if they've heard differently.

Also, Alex1578, take your newfound education, and get right back out there. You're like the kid in the movie Goodfellas who got arrested, then they all congratulate him on breaking his cherry. The two biggest lessons in life:

1) don't rat on your friends.

2) keep your mouth shut.

You can always use the Jack Jones defense to claim you don't know the girl and you don't know how she got in your car. You can't prove I let her in my car.

Good advice is not to say anything other than giving your license and registration if asked. I've been pulling over a few times and caught in the act once they tossed my car for drugs and guns. And was let go with a warning. (This was years ago before mass and Cass was really bad).

I don't know why you lied thinking the police are total morons. Maybe if you told the truth he would have gave some speech about how picking these girls up is dangerous and told you to get lost. If you don't go to court you will have a warrant out for your arrest then when they catch you someplace on a traffic stop your going to jail. Go to court, tell the truth. I drove by this AM to see who's out. It was going to be a Pass and Go, was planning to just pick up girls that I know and that I wanted to be with. I'd laugh even harder because if he had a reason to give you a citation, he would have given it to you on the spot and saved the cost of a stamp. He's just lying and bluffing.

I messed up, I'm looking for advise. I was at around BMC, I did pickup a WSW and I had the bad idea of parking after a police car saw me with the SW. He said he have seen my car several time around. He said he saw me picking up her. He said I had two options go to jail tonight or get a mail for a court citation. He asked me to be honest. I said I picked her up because she asked for a ride to stop&shop and I was going to home depot. The officer said, he got pissed off, because I did not said more. Problem was the street that I parked was not in the direction of home depot and it is a spot close to the area, everybody use for the same. So, what should I do if I get the court citation?

You don't get life in prison, but you probably get a #1 ranked newspaper article that shows up when someone Google's your name.

Unless you did something more than what you said, you couldn't have gone to jail because you didn't do anything illegal.

I've posted this before. NEVER talk to cops, especially if you haven't done anything really wrong. You can sometimes get out of minor traffic violations like going right on red illegally if you act incredibly respectful and apologize and make the cop feel superior. They usually just verbally warn you and let you go.

Otherwise, don't talk at all, especially if you're innocent, and remember:

- driving in that area isn't a crime at all.

- talking to a girl isn't a crime at all.

- giving a girl a ride isn't a crime at all.

Never consent to searches. You may not think you have anything in your car, but someone (even a SW you were giving a ride to a week ago) might have dropped something in your car, lodged in the seat, and you could be busted for that if the cops find it, and they will look under the passenger seat where they know you don't sit. There is zero upside to helping them, and they are going to try to trick you into admitting something just so they can search for something more.

You have 100% freedom to be there unless they give you a reason to leave, and then you have 100% freedom to go back there the next night. You have 100% freedom to look suspicious. You have 100% freedom to follow other cars and to look at girls and to talk to girls.

Don't be a wiseass to them, or they will love revenge if they find you in a compromising position, but just politely say your lawyer said to always remain silent. At that point, they should stop asking questions. It is a pain in the ass for them to arrest you, so they won't do it unless you've done something really bad, or admit to something, and that's what they are experts at doing.

If you get caught naked with a girl, keep your mouth shut and tell her to keep her mouth shut. Both of your lawyers (even her court appointed lawyer) can get you a better deal than you'd get if you start talking and admit anything. If you don't talk, the cop actually has to decide if it's worth the aggravation to arrest you, then go to court for the trial. I think it's also still true that the cops switch shifts at 3 am, so if you get caught after 2:30 or so, they have to work overtime just to take you in and process you, and they'll get out of work later.

Guys I can't believe how many girls are out on the streets, there has to be well over 120-150 different girls around nms. It's been such a pleasure being on the site the past few yr's, this has been my best mongering experience. Lora the blonde lady with the curly hair has been the best out there!
