There are still plenty at night in NMS (which stands for New Market Square), but it can be hit or miss. In the last month, I've seen nights with 10 out at a time, and other nights with none.

Pull you over.

NOT give you a citation right on the spot.

Not tell you the crime you committed.

Let you go.

Bottom line is that the cop was bluffing, Alex1578 has nothing to worry about, and you should NEVER be honest with the cops. Regardless of what you did, right up to getting caught in the act, tell them that your lawyer said never to talk, and see if the cop tries to waste time on the whole process. In the worst case, a decent lawyer can say you were hooking up with your girlfriend, and it's almost impossible to prove otherwise.

Also, never be too explicit with a new girl, because she may be an undercover cop. Ask if she needs a ride, then discuss details in the car. Undercover cops will never get in a car as I understand it. Somebody correct me if they've heard differently.

I drove by this AM to see who's out. It was going to be a Pass and Go, was planning to just pick up girls that I know and that I wanted to be with. - if the two options he gives you are going to jail tonight or getting mail for a court citation, try not to laugh. That's the hard part. I'd love to hear about the guy who answered, "Bring me to jail, because I hate to get mail", especially if he sang it as a country song.

- if you get the court citation, you should also laugh, because that means it wasn't a crime or he would have arrested you. I'd laugh even harder because if he had a reason to give you a citation, he would have given it to you on the spot and saved the cost of a stamp. He's just lying and bluffing.
