Thanks for the update Stosh. In my neighborhood migrants are panhandling at Cumberland / Irving Park, Higgins / Cumberland. I'm pretty sure around 70/80 migrants are staying at the Holiday Inn at 90 and Cumberland. They have become quite the eyesore around here, they had better not wander further west to Rosemont.
