Making my home southbound on Pulaski around 6 pm I saw LSW walking northbound before Augusta right by the tire shop. Took a cruise Saturday afternoon around Grand / Pul area and was looking kind of dry around 1 pm. Decided to check out 5th where I saw a couple of cracked out BSW.
