Appears Jeast72 is correct, I just now searched the IN Secretary of State for a business license at that address and found a history of three 'legal names' (not dba names) at 4770-H, all of which were 'voluntarily dissolved,' but none recently:

QQ Healthy Care Center from 3/12 to 6/12.

Health Care Center William LLC from 3/14 to 10/15.

Foot Therapist LLC from 10/15 to 6/17.

If any of you befriend the shop owners, please inform them they must register with the state.

No doubt as soon as they file the paperwork they could be back in business.

There is a lot of ambiguity around "Sunny" so I just wanted to provide my experience with her.

Pros: Predictable, you can email what you want and when you want to see her and show up and know what to expect. Cleanliness, her shop is clean and has been empty except for her whenever I am there. Friendly, she's a nice person, there is a language barrier so best to communicate in advance via email. Massage, as far as AMPs go the massage is pretty good.

Cons: Value, she's not that attractive and prices like she thinks she is. She quoted me $150 for clothed handjob with prostate massage. Options, no table shower, said she's not comfortable with rimjob, idk if more than L1 is available because she's not attractive enough that I would want more. Also I think she only does 60 min, no 30's.

Side note: this is not a knock on her, just something to look out for. My first session with her was setup via email where I told her the user that referred me in and that I talked to him on this site. I didn't want to leave any room for interpretation for why I was there. I was fully nude the whole time. No tease whatsoever then on the flip she touched me everywhere except where I wanted, I thought maybe that was her way of teasing so I went with it. Then she just muttered something (again, language barrier) and left the room. About five minutes later I had lost all wood and peaked my head out. She was just at the front desk on her phone. I asked her if we were done and she said yea. I paid and left and emailed her after thanking her for her time and telling her I was happy with the massage but disappointed she didn't pay any attention to my penis (I was very direct to avoid language barrier). She said "this is Carmel, you must make first move, I very careful". Okay. Fair enough, just wanted you gents to be aware.

She's not my cup of tea, I can get a nude handy with prostate play for less at several other spots with more attractive MTs. But if you want to negotiate up front and know exactly what you are getting she's a good option.

There is, but it doesn't work like Indy. Basically I doubt you will find a shop you can walk into and have FS that visit. It takes time and reporte building, even at an AMP, but especially if you are wanting something other than Asian that can give a good massage.
