I can't agree more with what some of the other guys are saying. Times have changed indeed and it's hard to find reliable talent. I used to have a few UTR's and over time they've either moved away or moved on to diff boyfriends or wherever else life takes them. It's been hard to find new talent too which is interesting. In my early mongering days, I made the mistake of using a Gmail account to contact a provider. At first she was fine and we met a few times.
