As we all have mentioned, DC prospects are way different nowadays compared to years past. So much harder now and we can debate as to why. SA however has really paid off for when I travel. Adjust your location before traveling and adjust your profile to state when you are in town. I am 2/2 on this. The first one was overseas in Asia. By the time I landed she was texting me to come hang out and she ended up staying with me every night in my hotel while in town for minimal $ (the currency exchange rate helped). The second time was recently in Denver. Holy crap with Denver. There were so many wanting to meet. It was overwhelming and just shows how bad DC has got. So definitely keep traveling options in mind, it is worth it.
