By "Has value" I think he meant if you give a girl anything other than money. Like if you give your wife a fur coat so she will let you do her ass, LOL.

There would be, of course, an exception if you happen to be married to the female in question. I think its too risky to enjoy this hobby at this time, a friend of mine got caught up in that bust last week. The new law is very vague and can get you caught up in these sting operations. Its not just money that has to change hands, it could be anything that they see that has value. Be careful out there, I will lay low until after the elections are over.
