By "Has value" I think he meant if you give a girl anything other than money. Like if you give your wife a fur coat so she will let you do her ass, LOL.

Or, if you pay a girls rent on an apartment, for example and somehow there is evidence that in return you get sex. You see where this is going? There would be, of course, an exception if you happen to be married to the female in question. But I can see that there is the possibility that they could apply this crap to a guy who has a gf who lives with him and he pays all the bills. Same thing. They get some kind of evidence, like they have a fight and she goes to the cops and says that that's the arrangement they had, and all of a sudden he gets hemmed up.

That's why its so important to remember the rules, read the legal section, and leave no evidence.

I think its too risky to enjoy this hobby at this time, a friend of mine got caught up in that bust last week. The new law is very vague and can get you caught up in these sting operations. Its not just money that has to change hands, it could be anything that they see that has value. Be careful out there, I will lay low until after the elections are over.
