Know some of you like Heather a lot, but she has left me standing at her gate two times. Last week end we were to meet at CB at 2:30 pm because she was leaving to Melbourne for the rest of day. Got there texted no answer texted after 20 min of waiting that I was leaving. Then she texted back that she was drying her self after a shower. Strange she had texted me at 2:15 to ask if I was still coming said on way she said good just took shower and was ready.

She texted me her detailed instructions said walk to gate she would leave opened which was locked she be waiting for me. Texted her that I was there she said thanks for wasting her time she could of al ready been to her other location in Melbourne. Told her I did my part and was here on time and followed her instructions to the letter. Texted how someone last week didn't follow her instructions to the letter, and got her in trouble with her neighbors. Said ok I'm leaving but I did my part and left. She said thanks for wasting her time again said she was now late leaving CB. First time was late at nite. She told me to drive to location by Coconuts she would give me instructions. Got there she said she would give instructions to her place and where to park never heard back after that. Total of three wasted trips...

The needing extra time happens to me quite a bit. Arrange a time then let them know you are 5 or 10 minutes away and they need extra time. Sometimes it has been up to an hour, one time it was 3 hours. Luckily I wasn't busy or that far away to where I called it off. Once, they slipped by about an hour and during the visit another client came in the door of the house and knocked on the bedroom door. Impatient client I guess. The detailed instructions to a providers location is always great. Some places are easy to find during the day and not so much at night. GPS does pretty good but it isn't perfect. Especially with houses close together, on corners, etc. Phone or car GPS is alright but not perfect. We all don't have a GPS unit that can drive a cruise missile into the front door. Simple instructions goes a long ways. This number of houses down. You will see this in the yard or driveway, etc. Suggestion: It could be well written set of instructions that can be just copied and pasted into a text message. Some do this and it is great. Less stress finding the place makes for a better visit for all.

It was totally my fault. She was on time, only 10 minutes behind which is no biggie. It was not her screw up, the screw up was totally on me. She was a good sport about it and she would have probably waited longer. I felt that I wasted enough of her time and didn't want her schedule to slip so I just went home. I have never heard anything but positive things about her and would have had a great time.

I recently had almost the exact same experience with her. Read the review but gave it a shot anyway. Her comms were actually very good. Texted from the lot and was given the room number. Got to the door though and no answer. Left and then got a text asking where I was. After I told her I was there and left, she sent a picture of the door/room number saying she was in the bathroom. This was about 20 minutes after appointed time. Did not feel unsafe or anything but just don't know what her deal is. Weird at best, scam at worst, but definitely avoid.
