I like your way of thinking, but in all honesty the fed needs to keep jacking up interest rates to literally destroy the economy to keep inflation under control which is what I believe they are doing. We need another 2008/2009.

I have fallen to maybe zero actual scammers on seeking in like 15 years. Time wasters, GPS, flakey, etc? Sure plenty of them. If you stay away from girls that have years old profiles, look like blow up dolls, have escorty looking pics, and other red flags you will probably be OK. Seeking in my opinion is about 50% escorts, 25% some kind of low mileage girl and 20% just looking around, and maybe 5% unicorns.

My only issue with your suggestion (but feel free to start a new thread), is that it somewhat promotes a negativity that puts out a bad vibe. Maybe I am a bit hippyish, but I try to just focus on the positive and quickly put the negative behind me and just consider it part of the game. Also there is an aspect of YMMV and one guys bad experience might be another guys good one.

IDK anything about yours. The SBs I have had, definitely, it isn't just pay for play. I read a lot of profiles, there are a lot who don't want to be treated like escorts, and say that explicitly.

I did a first FC today w / a 29 YO, who dropped out of dental school, trying to figure out what to do in life that really fits. From an iconic LA family. Immense daddy issues even at her age. She was married briefly, her story is a very amazingly low 'body count'.

As I am usually seeing a girl 3 x / mo, that means that there is one FC she isn't getting anything. She gets to test out how that feels for her, I can get to know her level of trust.

I've been a member off and on since 2012. I've had longer term arrangements as well as short term ones. Last one I just ended was for 4 years. Previous one was 4 years. Back then, SBs were students, girls / women that had fallen on hard times. Lots of actresses and models that couldn't make rent. There were some escorts but not many. Now that I'm actively looking I'm seeing the PPM pricing jaw dropping. Granted, HG has found quite reasonable ones. From early 20's to late 40's, I'm finding that the general standard for a very attractive woman (not drop dead gorgeous model) is around $1 k. A few are $500, some at $700, some at $1. 5 k. But the majority are at this $1 k PPM level. Likewise, many, and I mean many, of the SBs are either professional women that you can find on Linkedin (just use the various face matching websites), IG "entrepreneurs", and then your proverbial "party" girls who bop around from event to event, concert to concert. Who is funding all of this?

This reminds me of SF during the late 90's when Silicon Valley money was flowing. This happened again, during the 2000's, when again, lots of bros were making $$ from the IPOs, and although not stupid rich, retired with $10 million+. Really changed dating as you saw the influx of very attractive women coming to the SV to meet these rich bros. Beloved restaurants started jacking up their prices and you no longer could get reservations. Home and nicer apartment pricing soon followed suit. This was not inflation. This was event driven.

Your well to do attorneys and I Bankers can fund $10 k / month during good times when bonuses are large. But now, not so much. Individual business owners have more freedom but still their businesses have to being doing well to afford a $10 k+/ month SB. Same for retirees.

So, who's paying all this money?

I think the biggest problem has more to do with all the online options that a so-called SW now has. OF and similar sites, Chaturbate and similar sites, ManyVids and similar sites or as my longest term SB/GF has discovered (being an online Domme). They never have to meet the guys and in some cases never even have to get naked (she never does).

Some of these girls make serious bank. But even my GF who is not in a high paid demographic (small breasted AA spinner), can still earn an easy $$ to $$$ bills a day. And one day this month earned a grand. A good portion of those girls have escorted, so once they see they can make as much or more without escorting... Hence the crazy prices.

Then there is all the online buzz about being a sugar baby and with little to no stigma attached to it. No girl wants to be called a prostitute so they started "escorting" and now its "sugaring". Each one with a higher perceived value and incrementally higher pay scale.

And there are many real beauties for $$. But if you only date blond & blue or K girls, girls over 22, etc. well then the price is going to be up there.

I am generally very placid in responding to even quite outrageous messaging on the site. And indeed, my most common action is to simply block the profile and move on. I must admit, this bold / brassy young lady, who wasn't all that actually (if you want to find her, cultured was in her handle), really rubbed me the wrong way. I mean, I have messaged tons of women on the site over a long period of time, and I have gotten every response under the sun. But the idea that I would have to pay her to see her private pic. Hopefully, I can get someone at the site to be reasonable, this was likely a stupid AI bot they use. I guess I am thankful I didn't get banned, I only had to scroll through the TOS and watch a 2 minute video to get reinstated. However, this warning means that if I had another violation, I would be banned. And we all know what a royal PITA it is to recover from that. Not being sarcastic at all. Try chatting with 20 a week. or at least 10.

Excellent suggestion. Actually "trying"/"starting" chats with 30+ per week. Getting about 10 per week responses, albeit weak ones. And of that, maybe 5 decent back and forth texts.

Problems are:

1. Criteria is max 30 miles away.

2. thin or athletic.

3. Not longer than 2 years on SA. Although this is becoming useless since these girls are changing profiles every month now. No exaggeration. Have seen it first hand.

4. Attractive.

Using the above criteria, not finding more than 10 a week. Wish I could find 20 per week to chat with.

I have found that opening a 2nd or 3rd account, with different critieria for my profile (age, height, race, and wealth) often delivers more potential SBs to chat up. Also, it shows what is driving these SBs to be more engaged. No surprise that height and wealth seem to be important to them.
