It seems like BBBJ's have gone up to $. 3 but some will negotiate down a little. I ususally drive while the deed goes on or pull over in front of a vacant house mid block so I can watch my mirrors. I will occasionally go to their spot but I'm aware it can have a risk. I will rarely go to a house but I have, it's usually after I've seen them around or know them. FS shouldn't be more than $. 4-50. If you want to know anything else just PM me I'm happy to help Oh, for what it's worth, I've done the SW thing many, many times in many places around the country and probably more in Detroit than anywhere. I'm not new to it and I've had a few problems with an attempt to be set up. So far I've lost very little because of my precautions. Take care.

Do NOT got to her place! Better yet read this 22 rules. Then read it again. Take a test to be sure you know it. Then read it one last time. It will save you much grief.

Fenton rd between Atherton and Maple but even that is a crap shoot.
