The process of booking an appointment with DI is getting as messy as it can be. When I attempted to book an appointment last time, they literally mistook me for someone else and accused me of posting inappropriate reviews. I think DI guys read every post on this forum and only promote people who share positive experiences to expand their business. I tried my best to clear up the misunderstanding. However, the lady (based on the argument, I am assuming she is a lady) was not ready to listen and kept on sharing messages posted by someone else.
