Thanks for asking for PMs, but I will say cost will depend on the demographic and how much time you want to spend looking. And I hate to be that guy but you mean median because the average is thrown way off by GPS and guys who fall for it, in Seattle moreso than a lot of places rn. We got those nerds with tech money who are too stupid to negotiate.

I use a yahoo.com email only for SA, and a Walmart debit card that I reload with cash.

The only thing is the card is mailed to your house so that might be an issue if someone else is getting the mail.
