Thanks for asking for PMs, but I will say cost will depend on the demographic and how much time you want to spend looking. And I hate to be that guy but you mean median because the average is thrown way off by GPS and guys who fall for it, in Seattle moreso than a lot of places rn. We got those nerds with tech money who are too stupid to negotiate.

Absolutely. Thanks fir the translation of intent. I juat noticed that most of the pros generally post lower rates out here than where I'm from in VA Beach area. So I was also gauging by that as well, negotiating is definitely key. Just trying to see how hard I should push back when discussing.
