Thoughts?

Too cheap, too easy. If it seems too good to be true, probably is. Probably leo since muggers want to know when to jump you. LEO will wait all day to hook a fish.

Just drove by to check current talent and doors locked and there was a garbage bin in parking lot next to the door with two massage tables in it.
