Just as a general rule of thumb, if a reverse google image search on those photos shows links of the same photo on a Twitter or any page that's unrelated to stg or any ad site its most likely a scam. Also if the photo shows up on any ads and that ad has been posted on multiple cities in the span of a couple of days, it is also most likely a scam.
