First let me say, I went in this eyes wide open, so don't flame me! SA is my candy store, so based on info on the forum (thanks to all that post), I decided to see a young stripper, near UC. There's an app you can get in the Apple Store (and probably Google Play also), where you can use multiple search engines with the same pic just by clicking between services. I used to think Tineye was the best until I started using this app, now I think Yandex works better. I spent some time creating a pic that shows the app. The only annoying thing for me is after you choose the pic from your camera roll and press "search", you immediately get an advertisement that is hard to get out of sometimes because there's no "X" anywhere on the screen to exit out of the advertisement. In that case, I simply close the screen, then go back in and it always works on the second try with no advertisement.

On another note, it's also a good way to find new websites because the searches show sites where similar images appear.

Is there anything else you can tell us to help us identify the app. In the Google Play Store there are a number of apps called "Reverse Image Search."
