They most certainly can and have used these boards for information gathering. They've done it with a few streetwalkers on and. Main. One of which, someone passed info on where to find her and what she looked like. Lo and behold, 5-0 went to the exact spot that was talked about here and harassed her. So to think that it is hearsay, that's comical. Now, to use this site as evidence, they'd have to get a subpoena and jump through hoops seeing that the forum's domain is in another country.

Police need a LOT more to go on than what some unknown person says on a forum.

LE cannot get evidence off of here, and even if they could, do you really think they have the time and resources for a simple prostitution case? Really?

It's called "coincidence" dude. A post on a forum is made. Near the same time a person calls the cops about a streetwalker. It might seem like the forum but it's not. It's the complaining person making a phone call.

Or somebody posts about great service at an MP. At the same (or even weeks earlier) time neighboring businesses are complaining. The MP gets raided. It ain't the post, it's the neighboring businesses OR a legit customer who complained about inappropriate touching. Yes, two things can happen at the same time.

Sofia got arrested over the weekend and people are freaking out because they don't realize that the 5-0 read these boards and obviously Blue has been posting his love stories about her and drawing a boat load of attention towards her. She's had a revolving door of dick so the Kettering 5-0 decided to do something about it.

LE cannot use ANYTHING on these boards in court or for a warrant. It is ALL hearsay.

Whatever anyone says on here cannot be used as it cannot be proven. They have to go through a rigorous system of justifying every step of an investigation, and some dude with username BigDick9 claiming had sex for money is incapable of being used for much at all. Turns out BigDick9 is a 24 year old girl in Toronto Canada. Yeah, judges and juries will love that.

They're going to be unlikely to even read these or any other boards as a good defense attorney could track where an investigation started and thus have the whole case thrown out.

Most likely it was a neighbor or hotel manager that called Uncle. Someone Uncle can name, quote and call as a witness IF they have to.
