In those cases, almost any reply would have been an acceptance of their statement and resulted in a ban. Don't get "set up!" I emailed customer service and asked why they banned me and they gave me a bullshit reason about soliciting and I asked them why they allow so many scammers and fakes on with impunity. Then I asked for them to supply proof (said they don't do that for privacy reasons but I'm guessing they couldn't), then I asked nicely how I could get back in their good graces and be a paying customer again and they made me pinky promise swear in writing that I wouldn't violate TOS again. Then they even asked me which email I wanted to use because I had tried to gain entry with multiple. TL; DR. Dunno if I caught someone on a good day but it worked for me.
