Not sure that matters all that much. The fact is most crime occurs due to opportunity.

Look at some of those cities on the west coast where people are walking in with bags, loading up and walking right out. Some occur with large groups. This so happens to be in cities where LE has been handcuffed themselves in terms of numbers and what they are allowed to do. So what is happening should not be a shock, even though some are (dumb asses).

Well, buying drugs and pussy is really no different. The other party in that transaction knows LE activity during that transaction is not likely. I mean is a buyer going to call the cops, small chance. They take the opportunity to rob people, really that simple. And sometimes those go very wrong.

The takeaway as a buyer is to do what you can to be safe. Read reviews. Stay clear of the bad junkies. Stay clear of some of the lower end notels. "Stakeout" a little before your meeting time to look for unusual activity. Find a few go tos and stick with them.
