You are on target. Majority of providers will accept anything save for when they have to compensate their handler who knocks on the door when she goes over 1 minute for her appointment. And why pay over 80 when most will just spend on drugs? I personally will set up an arrangement to purchase things they want or need in exchange for services. If they agree then you're good. If not then run because some of these handlers have other motives and sometimes get jealous of their woman actions.

I'm pretty sure the handlers do a lot of the advertisements, communicating and monitoring of the phones from what I understand. We are only as strong as the weakest link in what we will donate to these workers. The way I figure is a half hour apt with a 30-40 year old average looking provider should run NO more than the cost to fill my gas tank with tip. Too low and they end up running scams, too high and they start to think they are the CEO of the cumdumpster empire.
