I agree that tipping of independent providers is a non-starter. Their rates are set by them and they do not have to share their earnings with anyone (other than mooching boyfriends, pimps, etc.). If they want an extra $20 or $40 bucks, just set their rate $20 or $40 higher. Tipping started with agency ladies. It was money that the escort got for herself that did not need to be shared with the agency.

All that being said, I always pay what the provider quotes. Only with personal services such as escorts and that other low-life group, lawyers, plus other independent workers do Americans think they can negotiate the price. No one would think to asking for a lower price at Walmart or Kroger's.

You are on target. Majority of providers will accept anything save for when they have to compensate their handler who knocks on the door when she goes over 1 minute for her appointment. I don't get why anyone discusses this site with the providers. Why would you want to get involved with any drama? There's zero benefit to it. When I contact a provider I ask the rate for the time I'm looking for, if they're available and the location. If they quote too high I say thanks but I'm only working with this much money today, maybe next time" sometimes they agree to my amount sometimes they don't. No sweat. I don't argue. Works for me.

Another thing, I dont understand why anyone would feel compelled to tip. Ive never tipped a provider. You negotiate a price and pay it. Period.
