Those are valid points. However, I think there are other things going on behind the scenes. If you look at the link I posted from the Washington section and read that fuzzy thumbnail, you will see an example. I think that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Whether or not the providers are colluding or not is irrelevant. (Side note. I think your misogyny is showing by thinking they aren't "smart enough" to work together.)
