HKPD recently purchased Archer spa. This happened in the months following their back to back busts at the apartment location on Archer avenue. My guess is that they are tired of running an apartment and see a safer and better path in the parlor scene. They likely blame the other apartments for their downfall and are looking to extract some kind of revenge. These owners all know each other. They have each other's phone numbers on speed dial. They are not strangers. But they are highly competitive and belligerent with one another. The Chinese have no friends when it comes to business. They are ruthless.

Well a few counter points. If you look at his post history he first started warning us about feds parked outside HKPD and that was the first apartment to get raided also. I guess we will see if he is right about everywhere being closed in 8 days or so.

The girls prefer to work in spas because the price is much higher. For example from the 130 paid at a apartment the girl receives 80 but at a spa the massage fee goes to the owner and the tip goes to the masseuse and you can see the tips are usually much higher to the point they are getting paid double nearly.

There was no evidence of federal involvement in any of the three apartment busts. If the feds were involved, all three would have been shut permanently. It was and has always been the sheriff's department and CPD. Everything he has stated as fact has turned out over time to be false. But this is the most important part. These forums are public. They're read by all types of LEO. Do you honestly believe that some local LEO who was supposedly leaking warnings of upcoming busts to some monger from Ohio would continue to do so knowing that this monger is blasting it all over the internet and compromising theoretical federal investigations? It's absolutely absurd to think that this guy has a LEO connection who doesn't adhere to any type of OPSEC and is jeopardizing their career and the careers of others and possibly facing charges if they get caught.

As for the girls preferring parlors, that is false. FS girls hate working parlors in Chicago. There are several reasons for this. First and foremost, parlors are public facing. You will get people, including women, coming in for legit massages. Now the girl who is looking to make quick monger cash is having to rub fat Betty for an hour only to receive a 5 dollar tip. Then there's the HJ monger who doesn't know the place is an FS place and demands 55 minutes of massage time just to give a 40 dollar AARP special. While the girls attempt to compensate for this by overcharging for BBBJ and FS, it is impossible for them to match the earnings potential of the apartments where the girls can pump out anywhere from 3 to 6 clients in an hour. Some guys are in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Giving actual massages is exhausting work. And you have to understand that these girls who come here from NYC and LA either charge 240/340 or 300/500 back home which is the standard fare out there. The reason they come here is because there is far too many places and too much competition back home, so a lot of times they are only getting a couple customers a day. These girls hate the Chicago pricing and pay cut but the only reason they come is because they can assembly line mongers into a 20 k rotation payday.

Finally, there is a major risk to working in a parlor. LEO has a hypocritical stance on these FS girls. If they get caught in a parlor, they're arrested, fingerprinted, and their mugshot is posted online, all of which can be detrimental to their immigration status. In an apartment, they are treated as victims and catered to.
