I would advise that anything outside of the "normal" activities of the spa / women, should be negotiated. I think most will be open to MSOG as long as she likes you and it is within time constraints. So you have to kinda watch the clock yourself.

You'll definitely want to make an appointment when going to these two spas. They can get busy really quickly. Don't get frustrated if you show up and there is a small wait. The person before you may have been late.
