A couple of weeks ago, I had a free evening to myself as well as the night off from work. I had a long day of doing much-needed housework, and thought I could do with some form of relaxation.

My first instinct was to hit up the Rose on Shrewsbury Street. However, they were full up that Wednesday evening, and it would have been well over 90 minutes of waiting.
