Absolute truth you speak. I travel frequently to Nicaragua and it's the exact same there also. However Biden needs to do something drastic about the border situation. The best thing he could do is send a delegation to central America. It is all over social media that the borders are open completely and that Nicaraguans can pass freely into the US. At the very least, the US government needs to start a ad campaign on social media informing central Americans that the border is NOT open and not to come.

Mexico is the 5th richest country in the world and refuse to pay their own people a living wage. It is a problem but the fix has nothing to do with fence. The disaster you speak of is well south of the wall. They would much rather the US help them get control over the drug lords and secure their own country because they do not have the power to do it themselves.

Many underage with debts to make good on to the criminal element, so selling themselves is the answer for many, and it's not by choice. About 11-12 years ago I met this welfare mom with a few kids. She would bring the kids over and they were surprisingly well behaved. I'd feed them and be nice. One asked if I was going to marry their mom and be their dad. Wow, that broke my heart. The mom was hooked on pills and would show up a lot while the kids were in school.
