Everyone has their own way, if that works for you then it's not "wrong" I never take out tip money till then end of the session ever. Body Relaxation has been gone a long time (year or more) and they were only open for a short period. Even so, there were a couple reports here from mongers claiming that they had just visited (after the place had already closed). Websites like rubmd and massageanywhere don't maintain their sites properly and I've seen dead ads that were still up 4 years after the masseuse was long gone.

Always do your homework before visiting any parlor. It can save you a lot of frustration.

Exactly. If you take what cash going to use for a session and only that amount there is no negotiation for more that can be had. They can ask for more but since you don't have it, that's it.
