And this likely belongs on another thread. But I wouldn't answer anyone's question. If it's hotel management, they can only kick you out while trying to visit a "friend". I would start by pretending you don't know the person asking and say "it's none of your business, I don't know you". They'll have to disclose they are with the hotel if they want to keep pushing. If it's LEO, you do NOT want to say anything other than, "am I being detained? If so, shut up! If not, walk away (and not to the girl's room). And by all means, if you are arrested, shut up. Don't make your attorney's job harder but saying something that confirms their "suspicion". Police can use anything against you but what they are lying if they tell you is that, anything you say will be used "for" you. They are not obligated to use exculpatory evidence to help you, only the the will examine that and by then you already balls deep.

I am with you on this Mechanik. I prefer hotels too, unless I know the girl. I always feel like it could be a setup going to some gal's house or apartment. I never had an issue with a hotel. Just walk by the front desk with your head up like you are staying there. I tend to take the stairs back down too, unless the room is high up on a multi level hotel. If it is just a couple of floors, I take the stairs and go out the side door

Location is 10 minutes walking distance so started going there then she asks for deposit, told her I'm literally there but she insisted. Turned away and went back.

Those hotels don't give a shit unless you start causing trouble for them or other guests. Just walk in the place like you belong there and there won't be any trouble.
